Chartered accountant( Real Estate)

Job Summary:

The Chartered Accountant is responsible for managing financial reporting, audits, taxation, compliance, and budgeting activities. The role ensures the organization's financial practices are in line with statutory laws and regulations while supporting strategic financial planning and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and handle filings.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate statutory audits with external auditors.
Analyze financial performance and prepare budget forecasts.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
Advise on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profitability improvement.
Maintain accounting systems and records in accordance with legal and company requirements.
Handle company law matters, ROC filings, and liaise with regulatory authorities.
Assist in risk assessment and internal control systems.
Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
2–5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, and audit.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹155,000.00 - ₹166,000.00 per month
