Job Title: Charge Nurse (Adult Community Mental Health Team)

We invite applications from individuals who wish to join our multidisciplinary Adult Community Mental Health Team. This full-time position (37 hours) offers an opportunity to work with people experiencing mental health problems, utilizing specialist clinical knowledge and skills in best practice Mental Health Nursing.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with diverse mental health needs, possess strong leadership and management skills, and be able to develop and implement new initiatives within a busy multi-disciplinary team.
We seek an individual educated to degree level or with comparable experience, capable of providing psychosocial and psychological interventions, facilitating support within homes and communities.
Responsibilities include leading the nursing team, supporting Senior Charge Nurses, and fulfilling supervisory roles. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this collaborative environment.
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate strengths-based and socially inclusive approaches, lead change, and be committed to improving lives of those with mental health problems.
You must be registered on Sub-Part 1: RN3 or RNMH of the UK NMC Register.
