About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Channel Ads Executive to join our Performance Marketing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. You'll receive campaign strategies, briefs, and performance objectives from the team and will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution across platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in getting things right the first time.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
• Set up, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across:
• Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
• Flipkart Ads
• Blinkit Ads
• Zepto Ads
• Swiggy Instamart Ads
• Configure campaigns accurately based on provided briefs, including:
• Keyword targeting
• Bid strategies
• Budget allocation
• Match types
• Ad group structures
Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
• Implement bid and budget adjustments as directed.
• Monitor campaign delivery, spend pacing, and performance.
• Proactively flag any delivery issues, budget concerns, or anomalies.
Reporting & Documentation
• Pull and organize performance reports from platform dashboards.
• Maintain campaign trackers, documentation, and naming conventions.
• Ensure reports are accurate, clean, and delivered on schedule.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with creative and catalog teams to ensure assets are live and correctly mapped.
• Support A/B testing initiatives by setting up and tracking campaign variations.
What We're Looking For Required
• 0–2 years of experience in marketplace or e-commerce advertising.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Ads Console (Seller Central or Vendor Central).
• Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred
• Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart advertising platforms.
• Prior experience in a D2C brand, marketplace agency, or e-commerce-focused company.
• Understanding of marketplace fundamentals such as:
• Listing quality
• Buy Box mechanics
• Content scores
• Organic ranking factors
