Cellar Door & Pizzeria Sales Assistant

THE OPPORTUNITY

Bimbadgen is seeking enthusiastic, motivated team members who will offer exceptional customer service and leave a lasting impression on our guests.

Reporting to the Cellar Door Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the running of Bimbadgen Cellar Door and Bimbadgen Wood Fired Pizzeria with a focus on providing engaging customer service across these areas.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing an exceptional customer experience to all guests
Conducting wine tastings and achieving sales targets
Assisting in growth of club memberships
Ensuring the tasting room is clean, well-organised, and inviting
Working within the pizzeria (running food, clearing table etc)
Our ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a cellar door or restaurant environment and a keen interest in wine
Exceptional communication and organisation skills
Fun and friendly attitude towards customer service and a warm and bubbly personality
Availability to work weekend and some evening shifts
RSA and own transport essential
