At ouBunbury store, you'll help customers find the perfect lighting solutions while creating an exceptional in-store experience. Working as part of a supportive team, you will:
Deliver expert advice and outstanding customer service
Grow relationships with retail and trade customers using our loyalty programs
Build your product knowledge and confidence
Drive sales and contribute to team success
Support a positive and collaborative team culture

Previous experience in a customer service environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
