Froebel Australia is a growing not-for-profit provider of currently five early education and care services in Sydney and Melbourne.

Froebel St Leonards offers inspiring learning environments on 3 levels plus a rooftop playground for 99 children from 6 months to 5 years.

Our educational program focuses on immersive language learning (second language: German) and inquiry-based early learning by implementing the LittleScientists (https://littlescientists.org.au/) program. Frequent excursions within and beyond the local community are also an integral part of our curriculum. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Casual Educators to join our fantastic, experienced team in St Leonards!

We need you to

hold an approved Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or to be studying towards one of those qualifications; please note that we aren't looking for casuals Grad Dips/ECTs!
be proactive and confident in the room and to be able to build meaningful connections with young children easily
be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
have an interest in immersive language learning and inquiry-based learning
have an understanding of contemporary child safe practices
have a sunny personality with a positive mindset!
