Retail store associate - ******** House
We are looking for retail store associates for ******** House who are responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and with a positive attitude who thrives on delivering excellent customer service and educating the public about cannabis.
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the store.
Operating the POS terminal and adhering to all cash and Loss Prevention procedures.
Provide an educational and informative experience for all customers.
Assist Store Manager open/ close at the beginning or end of shifts. Execute high operating standards.
Ensure the store is cleaned and well-stocked. (May include sweeping/ vacuuming sales floor area, wiping counters and displays regularly).
Any other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
Qualifications:
18 years or older.
1-2 years of retail or customer service experience. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
High School Diploma required. Post-secondary degree/ diploma is preferred.
Must posses QCW (Qualified ******** Worker) and able to work at a ******** store. Preference to candidates with QCW.
SellSafe Certification.
Must pass a Criminal Record Check and Comprehensive Background Check.
Working knowledge of regulations pertaining to the selling of ******** in Alberta.
Requirements:
Team player.
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to maintain a positive attitude while dealing with customers. This position will deal with the general public in a front-line customer service capacity.
