The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate professional to join our team as a Counter Clerk. This is a customer facing role, and you’ll be relied upon to deliver excellence service to our customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our customers will rely on your technical expertise, and tire product and automotive service knowledge to develop appropriate recommendations for their unique needs. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, permanent position.
What you’ll do:
Provide product and service quotes and finalize sales.
Schedule client appointments.
Review with clients the recommendations, diagnostics and services performed.
Perform customer follow-ups as needed.
Order tires, tires, rims, tubes, wheel nuts and accessories and arrange product shipping logistics.
Ensure products and services are invoiced accurately.
What you offer:
Previous experience in sales, or customer service. Experience in automotive or tire services is an asset.
Bilingualism (English/French) is a must!
Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, and professional customer service skills.
Ability to listen to, and understand customer needs and concerns, and determine appropriate action needed.
Ability to learn quickly in a high-paced shop environment.
