Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care and support with ADL’s
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Service the Mississauga, ON area
• Looking for a variety availability (days, evenings and overnights) however must be available at least 15 hours per week and 2 weekend days per month

Requirements:
• 5 years of caregiving experience in Canada
• Must be fluent in English (Written and verbal)
• Valid Ontario driver’s license
• Access to a reliable automobile
• Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
• At least 2 Covid-19 vaccines (proof required)
• Must be able to legally work in Ontario Canada
• Positions available in the city of Mississauga
