Duties:

Ensure that the guest always receives the highest standards of product, presentation and service.

Support the management team in delivering training in compliance with company standards and where applicable by law.

Support the management team in effectively running the daily operation.

Ensure staff have clear objectives and that their performance is reviewed regularly.

Be responsible for the motivation of all employees through recognition, feedback and supporting implementation of incentives schemes.

Support the team in daily service delivery maintaining the company ethos and standards

Maximise profitability through driving sales

Supporting marketing initiatives that build on and develop current sales levels.

Ensure that all daily, open and closing paperwork is completed.

Maintain service quality and consistency in line with company standards.

Uphold standards of quality, presentation and cleanliness throughout their units.

Ensure all equipment is used correctly in compliance with all Hygiene Safety Regulations and company procedures.

Deal with customers in a prompt and professional manner.

Ensure guest facing standards are upheld always.

Ensure employee appearance is to standard and uniform policy is followed.

To support in ensuring the unit complies with all legislation regarding Health Safety and Hygiene Licensing Laws.

Ensure that all employees are trained to the minimum legal requirements as stated in the Company Health Safety manual.

Ensure the security of the premises, stock and cash.

To monitor the care and maintenance of the premises and equipment and report recommended action to the site Manager.

Pay: £13.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
