Role Description The B2C Senior Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role focused on driving consumer sales and building strong relationships with modern parents and families using MagickWorld’s offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach to potential customers, nurturing leads through digital and phone-based communication, and converting interest into bookings, purchases, and memberships across stays, shops, clubs, and getaways. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and providing clear guidance on platform features, pricing, and promotions. The Senior Sales Representative will track pipeline activity, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to align messaging and improve customer experience. This role also includes gathering customer feedback, contributing to sales strategies, and mentoring junior sales team members to support growth across India.
