Role - TRAVEL SALES EXECUTIVE (PPC)

• 5 days working -Rotational Shift-2 days fixed off
• Shift timing -8 PM to 5 AM
• Experience - 3 years
• Salary Package- 40K-60K depends on experience.
Roles Responsibilities
• Serve as the voice of the company to customers.
• Convert each lead into a confirmed sales call.
• Handle inbound calls and provide clients with the best competitive fares.
• Prepare effective sales presentations to achieve high conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed conversion targets set in a result-focused environment, aligned with company goals.
• Maintain strong client relationship and deliver high level of customer service.
• Stay updated on the organization's products and services.
• Identify common customer challenges and propose solutions to enhance service levels.
Requirement
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pay per calls.
• Proficiency in using GDS systems such as Amadeus for flight booking.
• Comfortable for voice-based US sales process.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work across various shift timings including nights.
