Literally, nothing to like here.
Dislikes
All good ratings are fake. So don't believe them. No respect, no work life balance, nothing. They have placed cameras in office of noida and these cameras are monitored by a male for whole office timings. They have even made a group where this person reports when an employee took break for how much of time they were gone. They even hear through cameras what are you talking. It's basically a lala company. No salary slip, no salary security. There are no paid leaves. For every leave you take they cut your pay. The office doesn't even have people. I don't think anyone last here for more then a year. The owner is very rude. They treat you like you are their servants.

Only a very few people were supportive. Else, everyone was all office politics.
Dislikes
The owner of the friends publication was involved in everything and there was no hierarchy. There was no leave policy, so an employee can't take leave. You can't stand from your seat as you are being watched by the owner through cameras, micromanagement. They have 10 hours shift and not holiday on public holidays. I don't even remember a single good things about the place.
