Invesco India has an immediate opening for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive in Raipur. If you are a fresher (or have up to 2 years of experience) looking to build a stable, rewarding career, this role is for you.
As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive, you will work alongside experienced professionals on real financial services and asset management work in Raipur. You'll get structured onboarding, regular feedback and genuine ownership of your tasks — this role is designed to help freshers grow into confident, capable professionals. What you'll do day to day:
• Source candidates across job boards and LinkedIn
• Screen profiles and schedule interviews
• Coordinate offers and onboarding
• Maintain the recruitment tracker
Skills & tools you'll use: Recruitment, Sourcing, Communication, LinkedIn, Interviewing, ATS, Negotiation, MS Excel. You'll strengthen the practical, job-ready skills that make a fresher stand out. This is an entry-level role, so limited or no prior experience is fine — a genuine interest in human resources, solid fundamentals and a willingness to learn matter far more than a polished CV.
