Job Description

Wipro Technologies-USA is on the lookout for a passionate and seasoned Business Development Executive focusing on our BPS/BPO segment within the HiTech sector. This pivotal role presents an exceptional opportunity to interface with international teams and utilize your extensive BPO industry expertise, ideally with over 15 years of experience. You will be instrumental in promoting collaboration and cultivating long-term partnerships across diverse client teams. Your keen insight into the latest trends within the BPO landscape will play a vital role as we aim to surpass client expectations and drive our success further. Please note that a proven track record in selling to the Consumer Electronics industry is required, and the role allows for remote work from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with a range of client teams to foster relationships and explore growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with the delivery organization to ensure alignment with client objectives, promptly identifying and resolving challenges.
• Assist the delivery team in capturing client needs and ensuring the execution of comprehensive reporting back to client stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through effective strategic networking and account management.
• Perform data analysis to draw insights, presenting actionable solutions to senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders.

Ideal Candidates will possess the following Experience and Competencies:
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in BPO/BPS services with a proven track record across multiple operational sectors, including but not limited to trust and safety, eCommerce, finance and accounting, supply chain, procurement, HR, and contact center management.
• A well-established professional network, showcasing an aptitude for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and executives.
• In-depth understanding of outsourced solutions, along with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with senior leadership.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a knack for empowering teams to achieve and exceed their targets.
• Possessing robust business acumen, with the ability to strategize effectively while identifying and pursuing opportunities that align with overarching business aims.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00.
