Business Development Executive - Field Sales

Work Timing: +.30 AM to 6.30 PM IST
Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
Work Location: Jaipur
Roles and Responsibilities:
Hot/Cold Calling, Lead Generation - Online & Offline.
Lead Acquisition & Qualification working closely with Engineering Team.
Creating Offers/Proposals and related documents for clients
4-5 visits a day to different client locations within a city
Lead Reporting and Updation on CRM Software of the company
Managing Lead Acquisition & Qualification from Companies Marketing Campaigns
Keeping Management and seniors in loop of sales deals
Target Achievement
Team Player
Excellent at Excel, Word & Powerpoint
Fluent in English
Positive attitude & excellent problem solving skills
Should be able to think on his feet
Market Research & Market Knowledge gathering
Channel Development & Management
Required Candidate profile
Desired Candidate Profile:
Freshers with MBA - Sales & Marketing can apply. 1-2 Years of Experience in Solar PV Project Sales will be preferred.
some experience in B2B Sales, targeting Call Centers, Corporates, and Enterprises with good communications
Good Excellent written and oral communication.
Should be willing to travel for meetings. Should possess a valid drivers license.
Proactive and creative thinker.
Responsible for achieving the assigned targets
Self-Starter and highly motivated.
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to learn and be creative within the role.
Need to have a hunger for achieving targets.
