Job Description
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate leads and engage with HNI clients to build new business for the company. They should be able to think critically when dealing with clients and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. She/he should be able to work independently and in a team.

Profile Requirements: English Fluency is a must
• Must have their own vehicle
Good written and verbal communications
Able to prepare reports in excel; Computer proficiency
Should have own Laptop
Presentable for HNI client interactions
Any graduates can apply but only from English mediums
Prior Inbound Experience will be a plus
Target Oriented, dedicated, punctual
Basic knowledge of investment segment
Should be comfortable with travelling for meetings if required
Fresher can also apply, prior experience in business development or sales will be a plus

Responsibilities:
• Identify business/sales opportunities, key market players and prospects for the company product
• Achieving sales target consistently on monthly, quarterly and annually basis
• Excellent understanding of clients and company product along with the market knowledge of the industry
• Need to generate leads/meetings for the Business Development / Sales Team
• Need to set-up daily client meetings for the team
• Need to build daily reports with feedback on calling, meetings
Skills Required:
• Highly focused, organized, efficient & target oriented
• Demonstrate excellent communications (verbal & written) & follow-up skills
• Fluency in English speaking is a must
• Self-motivated & able to work independently as well as in team
• Passion for selling with love, humility & adherence to the culture of discipline
• Identify partnership opportunities, key market players and prospects for the company product
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand & maintain existing business
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Freshers can apply Executives & minimum 6 months inbound experience for Sr. Executive role
• Prior BD & sales experience will be a plus: 1 year for ASM and 3 years for SM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Focused and goal-oriented
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies
• Open to multitask, quick learner, great client convincing skills
