This role provides extraordinary service to the bank's clients by performing a variety of tasks, including personal banking transactions, cross-selling products, and providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will possess a high level of accuracy to comply with regulatory requirements and minimize risk. They will also have a clear understanding of features and benefits of the bank's products and services.
• Responsibilities include:
• Performing personal banking transactions for clients, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Cross-selling or making internal referrals as appropriate.
• Providing service to clients, which may include responding to rate inquiries, processing telephone transfers, opening and closing accounts, placing stop payments, documenting address changes, and other client service related activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
• A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role within retail banking services, preferably in a commercial bank.
• Knowledge and experience with bank processing software.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with office automation equipment, including phones, computers, and scanners, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
