Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on the hotel's physical structure and systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical.

Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's facilities and equipment to identify and address any potential issues or hazards.

Respond promptly and effectively to guest and employee maintenance requests to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all.

Keep detailed records of all maintenance performed, including parts used and costs incurred.

Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies and equipment for maintenance tasks.

Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with the hotel's facilities or equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to guests and staff.

Collaborate with other departments and team members to coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure the efficient operation of the hotel.

Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Continuously assess and improve upon the hotel's maintenance processes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices in building maintenance to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and up to standard.

Communicate effectively with management and team members to report any issues or concerns and provide updates on maintenance tasks.

Adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures, as well as any relevant laws and regulations, while performing maintenance tasks.

Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times, representing the hotel in a positive light.

Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge in building maintenance.
