About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Solutions Strategist who can bring together brand thinking, creative strategy, influencer marketing, media planning, and client servicing to deliver impactful campaigns.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing client relationships, building integrated marketing strategies, collaborating with creative teams, and translating business objectives into campaigns that drive both brand and business outcomes. A strong interest in AI-powered marketing and emerging digital trends is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Strategy
• Develop brand-led campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and market opportunities.
• Build creative and content frameworks that strengthen brand positioning and audience engagement.
• Translate consumer insights, trends, and cultural moments into actionable campaign ideas.
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, and production teams to bring campaign concepts to life.
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
• Develop influencer-led campaign strategies across relevant platforms and categories.
• Identify and evaluate creators, influencers, and strategic partners aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate influencer activations, collaborations, and campaign execution.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for future partnerships.
Social Media Strategy
• Lead platform-specific content and communication strategies across key social channels.
• Oversee content planning to ensure consistency with broader brand objectives.
• Stay updated on platform trends, consumer behavior, and emerging content formats.
• Recommend innovative approaches to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
Media Planning & Buying
• Support media planning, audience targeting, budget allocation, and channel recommendations.
• Work closely with performance and media teams to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Understand key media metrics and performance indicators across paid channels.
• Contribute to media recommendations that balance brand-building and performance objectives.
Client Management & Strategic Consultation
• Act as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication, presentations, and strategic reviews.
• Understand client business challenges and proactively identify growth opportunities.
• Present campaign recommendations, performance insights, and strategic roadmaps.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
• Monitor campaign performance across social, influencer, and paid media channels.
• Convert data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Prepare client-facing reports and campaign effectiveness reviews.
• Track brand, engagement, and campaign KPIs against objectives.
AI & Innovation
• Leverage AI tools to improve campaign planning, research, content ideation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and digital marketing innovations.
• Explore new tools, formats, and platforms that can create competitive advantages for clients.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in brand strategy, influencer marketing, account management, social media strategy, or integrated marketing.
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, content marketing, and social media platforms.
• Working knowledge of media planning and buying across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
• Familiarity with GA4, Meta Insights, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience working with creator management or influencer discovery platforms.
