Job Description
Responsibilities
Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights.Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies .Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”Planning and strategizing ATL & BTL activities.Coordinating with Ad agencies and PR Agencies .Planning and executing brand awareness campaigns.Strategically promoting brand at various events .Media Planning and Buying .Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities .Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.Devise innovative growth strategies.Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
Requirements and skills
Proven working experience as Brand and Marketing Executive/ManagerProven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executivesExperience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaignsExcellent understanding of the full marketing mixStrong analytical skills partnered with a creative mindData-driven thinking and an affinity for numbersOutstanding communication skillsUp-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practicesDegree in marketing or a related field
Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 –3 years of relevant marketing experience.
Compensation: Up to 10 LPA Notice period: Max 30 days
Location: Can be anywhere in India but open to relocate to Mumbai within a month or two.
