Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified Branch Manager to acquire and manage the Client on boarding team. You will be responsible for New Client Acquisition, Team mentoring, Target achievement, and Team development.

Responsibilities

· Responsible For New Client Acquisition
· Responsible for Monthly Budget Update, Review meetings of Clients

· Address and resolve client queries promptly and effectively.

· Work proactively to reduce team attrition and shrinkage through continuous engagement and motivation.

· Ensure the team is flexible and effective across all client acquisition modes (telephonic,Digital and virtual platforms)

Responsible to acquire prospect for online meetings

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a relevant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies and strategic planning.
Solid understanding of sales principles and business development strategies.
Experience managing profit loss statements and financial reporting is essential.
Proficient in project management practices with a focus on achieving results.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Candidate Requirements

· Proven work experience above 1 year in Ed Tech/Banking (Except loans and insurance)

· Effective Communication Skill and leadership Skill

· Highly sales-driven with solid decision-making abilities to meet targets and overcome challenges.Should be Solution Oriented Mindset

· Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely execution

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining productivity and collaboration
