We are looking for a detail-oriented
Bookkeeping Executive
with hands-on experience in
US accounting
to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with US clients, managing day-to-day bookkeeping, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate books of accounts for US clients
• Record day-to-day financial transactions (AR, AP, bank entries)
• Perform bank & credit card reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
• Handle payroll entries and expense categorization
• Work on US accounting software like
QuickBooks / Xero / Zoho Books
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and timelines
• Coordinate with seniors/accountants for closing activities

Requirements:
• Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 0–3 years of experience
in US bookkeeping or accounting
• Good knowledge of
US accounting concepts
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (mandatory preferred)
• Basic understanding of US payroll & taxation (added advantage)
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
