• *Responsibilities**:
1. **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement engaging and comprehensive lesson plans for biology classes up to the 10th-grade level, ensuring alignment with educational standards.

2. **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver dynamic and effective classroom instruction that caters to diverse learning styles, fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

3. **Assessment and Evaluation**: Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.

4. **Individualized Support**: Offer extra help, tutoring, or guidance to students who require additional assistance in understanding complex concepts.

5. **Classroom Management**: Maintain discipline and order in the classroom, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.

7. **Parent Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
• *Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology.

2. Proficiency in the English language.

3. Experience teaching biology to 10th-grade students preferred.

4. Completed high school education (class 10 and 12) through an English-medium curriculum.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Passion for teaching and inspiring students.

7. Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and learning styles.

8. Organizational skills and ability to manage classroom resources effectively.
