Role Description
The Norman Team is currently seeking licensed or newly licensed Real Estate Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the GTA. Agents will work with team-provided leads, participate in open houses, follow structured follow-up systems, and manage buyer and seller relationships with the support of administrative and transaction coordination staff.
You will be responsible for prospecting, client communication, property showings, negotiations, and closing transactions, while leveraging the team’s systems and coaching to build a consistent and scalable business.
Qualifications
Ontario Real Estate License (required)
Licensed or newly licensed Realtors welcome
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Willingness to prospect and consistently follow up with leads
Coachable, reliable, and self-motivated
Able to work both independently and within a team structure
Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Ability to work across the GTA
Chinese written or verbal skill（required）
