Equipment Services Team Overview

Equipment Service (EQS) is responsible for the end-to-end management of CCEP’s fleet of beverage equipment across Australia.

Office: Richlands
Permanent
Part Time
24 Hours, over any 3 days
Start and finish time - flexible but early morning starts preferred
No on call
No overnight stays

About the Role

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead our Quality Calibration initiatives throughout McDonalds sites across Queensland. Key responsibilities will see you providing Quality Calibration services to McDonalds restaurants on a day-to-day basis, implementing McDonalds projects, providing feedback on quality issues, data integrity and any invoicing with relation to their equipment and quality results. This exciting role requires a candidate with a passion for customer service, willingness to develop a strong knowledge of cold drink equipment and a high attention to accuracy.


The key elements to this role include:

Safety First - Always keeping yourself, your colleagues, our customers, and our consumers safe.

Customer Focus - Providing the best possible customer service.
Quality - Providing quality service by ensuring equipment is repaired on the first visit. Adhering to standard processes and correct use of IT tools.
Team - Contributing to the teams success.
Professional Development - Actively participate in training, development and assessment programs.

About You


We are looking for the following skils and experience

Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders.
Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritise multiple initiatives / resources.
Ability to drive continuous improvement.
Electrical – minimum Cert 2
Beverage (Postmix Frozen) dispenser knowledge preferred but not essential
