We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Banquet Manager to oversee and coordinate all events at our marriage garden venue, including weddings, receptions, parties, and social gatherings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth event operations, managing staff and vendors, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Salary :- 30,000 to 50,000 ( Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage all types of events hosted at the marriage garden.
Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations.
Supervise and lead banquet operations including event setup, dcor, seating, and layout.
Oversee banquet staff including servers, housekeeping, kitchen, and security teams.
Ensure timely and high-quality food and beverage service in coordination with catering teams.
Manage event bookings, scheduling, availability calendar, and maintain accurate records.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and provide swift resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track and maintain inventory of banquet assets including furniture, linens, and tableware.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations during all events.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Proven experience in banquet or event management, preferably in wedding venues.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage large teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and event scheduling software is an advantage.,
