Direct Bank Telecaller Job Title: Telecaller – Direct Bank (Inbound/Outbound) Location: Majiwada, Thane West Job Type: Full-time Gender: Male & Female Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome Education: Minimum 12th Pass Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our Direct Bank team. The ideal candidates will handle customer inquiries, explain banking products/services, and ensure customer satisfaction. Good Hindi communication skills and a passion for customer engagement are essential. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote banking products and services. Handle inbound customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly. Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics. Follow all compliance and operational guidelines laid down by the bank. Provide excellent service and build long-term customer relationships. Required Skills: Strong verbal communication in Hindi (Basic English will be a plus) Good listening and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Confident, proactive, and persuasive personality Qualifications: Minimum: 12th Pass (HSC) Graduation preferred but not mandatory Fresher or candidates with experience in Telecalling/BPO/Customer Service may apply Why Join Us?
