This role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—supporting our branches and digital banking brands like myBOQ, ME Go, and Virgin Money Australia—by ensuring customer and operational requests are handled with accuracy and care. You’ll be working closely with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and industry partners to make sure everything we do is in line with the right regulations, policies, and procedures.

A big part of your day will involve handling correspondence and mail, responding to both internal and external inquiries, assisting with government information requests, and providing support across the team wherever needed. There’s also plenty of opportunity to build your knowledge across a wide range of banking operations through cross-training and shared responsibilities.
