Experience Required: 1 to 6 Years in BFSI Sector (Min. 1 Year in Life Insurance – Mandatory)
CTC: 3.25 To 5.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
Qualification: Graduation (Must)
Job Description:
We are hiring Branch Relationship Managers for our Banca Channel in Pune. This role involves working closely with bank branches to drive life insurance sales through bank leads and walk-in customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop strong business relationships with bank staff to ensure consistent lead flow
• Drive insurance sales from bank branches assigned
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service
• Maintain daily reports and client records in CRM
• Participate in regular training and development programs
