The Member Service Representative Role
We're seeking a skilled Member Service Representative to join our team at Ent Credit Union. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional member service, driving satisfaction and retention, and helping members achieve their financial goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Providing personalized support to members through face-to-face interactions, new account creation, and account maintenance.
• Building strong relationships with members by discovering and meeting their needs through product offerings in all areas, including deposit and lending products, credit and debit cards, investments, and business banking.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance and accuracy in all transactions.
Your Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of customer service experience in financial services or retail delivery.
• Preferred: 6+ months of sales experience.
