Oversee the operation of mixing department in a food processing plant •
Manage the mixing process for cookie dough production lines with a hands–on approach
Supervise employees ensuring recipes are followed as per required production schedule and goals are achieved
Train employees to work in the mixing department as required
Communicate company policies and ensures compliance with work rules and safety requirements
Inspect batch mixtures to ensure customer specifications are followed, work closely with standards outlined by Quality Assurance Team
Coordinate and schedule activities of workers
Check and verify production records
Skills and Experience

Past experience in a food manufacturing environment ( bakery ) strongly preferred
Positive attitude
HACCP, GMP, Food Safety knowledge is an asset
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Flexible to work any shift including nights and weekends
Team player with proven problem-solving skills
Multi task performer
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per year
