Job Description
Build Kraftshalas account-based growth engine from scratch - owning ABM/ABX, recruiter pipeline generation, CRM workflows, outbound campaigns, and B2B content for the companies we most want hiring our students.
Location: Gurgaon

The Opportunity
We're building our account-based marketing function from the ground up, and we want a sharp, ownership-driven marketer to own it. This is an ABM-led role. Your primary job is to build a tiered list of the enterprise accounts we most want to place into - big brands, large agencies, FMCG companies, and the top 100 SaaS companies - and turn them into hiring conversations.
Alongside that, you'll build the sales-enablement content that makes those conversations easier to win. You'll work directly with the leadership, including founders, and have full ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
Primary - Account-Based Marketing:
Build and manage a tiered target account list across big brands, large agencies, FMCG, and the top SaaS companies - with segment-specific logic.
Design and run segment-tailored, account-based engagement across email and LinkedIn to the people who make hiring decisions.
Move accounts from cold to hiring-ready and hand them to the outreach team with full context.
Secondary - Sales Enablement:
Build the sales-enablement content the outreach team uses in live conversations - case studies, testimonials, blogs, one-pagers, and talent briefs.
Maintain a lean, credible B2B presence where hiring decision-makers are.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years in B2B marketing, demand gen, or growth = ideally in a startup or high-accountability environment (We are not too fussed about the exact number of years.
Experience is simply a proxy for capability, which is what we really care for)
A track record of running account-based or outbound campaigns with measurable pipeline impact. The ability to prioritise enterprise accounts and tailor the pitch by segment and buyer.
