Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a part-time, on-site position based in Moradabad. The specialist will identify and engage prospective customers, present product offerings, and support negotiations to close sales. Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing courteous, solution-focused customer service. The role also involves assisting in marketing activities such as promoting products, supporting campaigns, and gathering market feedback to refine sales strategies. The specialist may help train team members on sales best practices and contribute to basic sales reporting and documentation.
