B2B Growth / Performance Marketer
Job Description
That's where you come in. We're looking for a Growth Marketer with B2B experience to build our inbound engine from the ground up. Your job is to bring us employers who already want to hire an intern or graduate, so sales can focus on closing rather than opening. You'll own the systems, campaigns, and automated workflows that make it happen, working across paid ads, retargeting, email, marketing automation, AI tools. Responsibilities
Create a plan that brings in leads in the first 30 days and keeps growing over the next 6 to 12 months
Run paid ads and retargeting campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms, putting budget where it actually converts
Build email nurture, lead scoring, and automation workflows that route high-intent leads to sales in real time
Build and release landing pages to attract the right audience, and A/B test to optimise
Make Capital Placement visible in AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini) through structured data, citations, and Answer Engine Optimisation.
Track the full funnel from first visit to closed deal, and use the data to decide what to improve
Work closely with sales to agree on what a good lead looks like and keep improving the handoff
Lay the groundwork to build a team around you in the next 6 -12 months
What we're looking for
A self-starter who builds solutions when they don't already exist
2+years building inbound marketing engines from scratch at a B2B startup, owning the strategy as well as the execution
Hands-on with paid ads on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta (including retargeting), and you've experimented enough to know what works and what doesn't
Email and marketing automation experience
Day-to-day use of sales engagement and enrichment tools like Clay, Apollo, and Instantly
Comfortable with data and building dashboards
Extensive experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to automate your workflow, spin up copy, build landing pages, and more
Bonus points
Experience in recruiting, edtech, early-career, or marketplace startups
Experience marketing to B2B buyers in the UK, UAE, or other Western markets
