It a + year old leading Pharma Retail Brand having large Online & Offlinepresence in India

This role is Deputy to Head Operation's and will shadow him.

This is a full-time on-site role for an AVP Operations (Retail) located in Ahmedabad. The AVP Operations (Retail) will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail division, including but not limited to, process optimization, quality control, inventory management, supply chain management, and logistics.

The AVP Operations (Retail) will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in retail operations, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field

Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and increasing profitability

- Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, quality control, inventory management, supply chain management, and logistics

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and forecasting

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams

- Prior experience in the retail industry is a MUST
