The successful candidate will actively contribute to various projects, spanning across critical technical deliveries, regulatory projects and platform enhancements requested by the product owner or business users. With an emphasis on both technical and communication skills, the candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical designs, supporting testing cycles and defect resolution in line with agreed timescales. As well as participating in aspects of analysis, design, implementation and deployment of related software to these applications. What will you be doing Work closely with COE, business and technology colleagues, building strong working relationships with key business users. Participate in the design, documentation and testing of solutions to assigned user stories Work with users, business analysts and development leads to ensure requirements for stories are well-understood and feasible Participate in Agile Sprint ceremonies and all stages of the development lifecycle (analysis, design, implementation, unit/integration testing) Perform in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA) into application/system issues Provide 3rd level support of the production and non-production environments Contribute to the delivery of BAU/KTLO projects in
