3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position:
Minimum 6 years of audit experience in areas related to capital markets, equity and equity linked products, derivatives, front office risk management, laws and regulations, banking regulations, local standards, and internal policies. Minimum 2 years of experience leading audits and performing in the role of auditor-in-charge. CFA required

Role 2: Audit Manager - Global Corporate and Investment Banking
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid Role)
Salary: USD $140,000 $170,000 / yr
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years covering Internal Audit in the Corporate and Investment Banking Business, GCIB (e.g. equity capital markets, debt capital markets, investment banking, corporate banking, leasing etc) (tier 1 investment bank preferred)
• Minimum 8-10 years of internal audit, front office business control or compliance experience in financial services
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading audits and performing in the role of auditor-in-charge
• Ability to plan, execute and evaluate audit test plans within a risk-based audit methodology
• Sound organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills
• Experience with stakeholder management and ability to influence management and lead changes (including respectful and objective challenge of stakeholder views on risks and controls)
• Experience with leading a team, project management and coaching less experienced team members
• Pro-active, positive attitude, exhibits sense of ownership, flexibility and intellectual curiosity
• Ability to manage/ juggle multiple work efforts and deliver quality work timely
• Bachelor s Degree
Desired Qualifications:
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or relevant qualifications
Role3 : Audit Manager - Global Markets Trade Surveillance/Market Conduct
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid Role) Salary: USD $140,000 $170,000 / yr
Responsibilities:
• Executes audit strategy for the sound application of risk-based auditing by defining audit scope and audit programs, and leverages automation and innovative methods in a timely and high quality manner
• Exercises sound knowledge of product, business, and technical expertise to effectively challenge management to improve the control environment
• Assesses impacts to business processes, controls, and strategies to provide recommendations on severity ratings
• Provides input on draft audit reports and shares audit results with business leaders
• Supports the development of peers and teams through on-the-job-training and fosters an inclusive work environment
• Establishes business partner relationships, primarily with line management, to develop business knowledge
• Uses innovative tools to complete audit activities more efficiently (e.g., testing)
Required Qualifications:
• 4-5 years in audit or in a compliance/business controls/risk management role with specific experience/coverage of trading desk activities across either Equities or Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities asset classes.
• Audit or risk control risk/controls background in financial services
• Intermediate Analytical / Automation Skills (SQL, SAS, Excel and Access)
• Bachelors degree
