About the Role
As Associate Nurse Unit Manager Mental Health, you’ll lead care on the floor while backing your NUM. You’ll build a strong team culture, support recovery focused care and keep the unit running smoothly.
Lead daily clinical practice
Support staff growth and guidance
Coordinate staffing rosters and leave
Drive quality care and improvement
About You
You’re a confident mental health nurse who leads with care, clarity and purpose. You enjoy supporting others, managing change and delivering safe, recovery focused care.
Registered Nurse with NMBA and current practising certificate
Mental health nursing qualification at graduate diploma level
Experience leading teams and coordinating daily clinical work
Strong communicator who supports staff growth and change
Skilled in complex mental health care and recovery practice
