Overall Purpose Of The Job

To work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and team members to shape, develop and deliver recruitment plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the business. Business Operating as the departmental recruiter and support business and organization in recruiting the right candidates matched with specific job and roles.

## Key responsibilities

Recruitment Responsibilities
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities in the country through active sourcing and competency-based selection techniques to identify the best-fitting candidates aligned to job requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders in order to identify the specific requirements to source
• Identify and connect with the best-matched applicants for a particular requirements of candidates prior to performing market research
• Plan and implement workforce planning strategies for specific jobs, maintaining documentation on requirements and job responsibilities
• job profile by scanning and reviewing multiple resumes obtained from various channels
• Analyze the knowledge, skills and experience of candidates as per job search requirements
• Research and develop job profiles for new and specific job requisitions made by Business Units/sub-functions
• Develop collaboration activities and give external presentations to colleges, universities and professional associations
• Conduct pre-screening interviews, manage high-level interviews and prepare final pay compensation packages in collaboration with country HR departments
• Develop a pool of qualified external candidates by building networks to monitor, track and periodically locate identified qualified candidates for specialized/critical jobs
• Participate in professional resourcing meetings, create contacts within the industry and attend job/career fairs to increase awareness of the organization
• Strengthen the organization’s employer value proposition through effective branding initiatives.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor, track, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness).
• Use data insights to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.

Business Partnering
• Collaborate with stakeholders and HR head to forecast manpower requirements in line with growth and business demands
• Provide market insights (talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring pattern)
• Ensure reduced time-to-hire and improved quality-of-hire through structured processes.
• Partner with assessment teams to align selection criteria with business needs.
• Support scaling projects, expansions, and new business verticals with agile hiring solutions.
• Act as a trusted partner during organizational change by ensuring talent readiness.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners, L&D, and Compensation teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
• Align hiring with long-term retention and career development strategies.

Other Duties
• To work within and promote all International SOS’s policies, procedures and corporate values.
• Undertaking project work or any other reasonable duties as requested by the direct Manager.

## Job Profile

Required Skills and Knowledge
• Experience in sourcing and selection in an in-house capacity, ideally have covered hiring of regional/global and senior mandates
• Savvy in using sourcing tools, social media recruitment, competency-based behavioral interviews, offer management, onboarding and candidate care
• Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
• Experience working with international partners in different time zones and culture
• Experience recruiting for Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Service industry is preferred thought

Required Work Experience
• Minimum 7 – 8 years Human Resources experience as Talent Acquisition Management
• Minimum 3-4 years in core recruiter role.

Required Qualifications
• Degree qualified in Human Resources related field

Required Languages
• English and preferably Hindi or local language

Travel / Rotation Requirements
• As per business requirements.
