Role Summary
Position Title: Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing
Employment Type: Full-Time Individual Contributor
Role Type: Field Role (Requires regular travel)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Sundays Off)
Compensation: 10 LPA (8 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable) + Travel Allowance
Job Locations: Delhi NCR (Malviya Nagar and Dwarka )
About the Role
As an Assistant Manager in Sales & Marketing, your primary objective will be to drive brand awareness, enroll students into free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers. You will work closely with parents, students, and schools, managing the full customer lifecycle through proactive field sales and direct engagement.
Key Responsibilities
School Activation: Partner with and activate schools to promote the UPRIO platform and build brand presence.
Student Enrollment: Successfully enroll students into free trial batches.
Sales Conversion: Convert free trial users into active, paid subscribers.
Retention & Growth: Drive regular renewals, maintain customer retention, and conduct consistent follow-ups.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end customer relationship through field sales and continuous engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in EdTech sales, B2C sales, or field sales.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
Industry Background: Prior experience or background in the EdTech, Education, or B2C sales sectors is highly preferred.
Mobility: Must be open to daily field work (visiting schools, events, and communities) and possess a personal two-wheeler.
