ZSG Front of House Assistant Manager's Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store
Managing all expected key performance indicators of exceptional Customer Service
Supervising coaching team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience
Deliver ZSG food quality safety standards
ZSG Front of House Assistant Manager's Skills Experience

Highly motivated natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands on
A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
A positive 'can do' attitude
Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
Experienced Restaurant Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
