Job Description

Job Summary In this individual contributor role, you will work with the largest customers and agency planners to establish long-term partnerships for advertisers within a designated industry. You will own revenue targets for key accounts and utilise your understanding of market dynamics, and TV ad inventories to create value for your clients.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the ambassador for JioStar's Hindi Pay & FTA Movie portfolio across assigned accounts.
Build and manage strong relationships with advertisers and media agencies while identifying new business opportunities.
Develop a thorough understanding of the media ecosystem, industry trends, and JioStar's advertising solutions to provide strategic brand recommendations.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensure consistent monthly revenue delivery, and proactively address business challenges.
Lead end-to-end stakeholder management, including client servicing, negotiations, and deal closure with minimal supervision.
Drive strategic client engagement through joint business plans, case studies, client interactions, and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, structure, and execute integrated advertising solutions for clients.
Leverage data, insights, and analytics to strengthen client conversations, demonstrate campaign effectiveness, and maximize business outcomes.
Skills & Attributes for success
Proven experience in TV advertising sales with strong relationships across key advertisers and media agencies in the HSM market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and account management capabilities.
Ability to use data and market insights to influence client decisions and create value-driven solutions.
Self-driven, proactive, and persistent with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets and closing deals.
Preferred Education & Experience
Postgraduate with 4–7 years of experience in TV advertising sales, business development, account management, or client relationship management.
