Role Description The Assistant Manager Digital Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing and growing online sales channels, including marketplaces, brand website, and other digital platforms. The individual will oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination to drive revenue and improve conversion rates. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing sales data, monitoring digital campaign performance, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and optimizing customer journeys and engagement. The role also includes managing key digital partnerships, responding to customer inquiries related to online orders, and preparing regular performance reports for management.

Qualifications


Demonstrated skills in digital sales, e-commerce channel management, and online revenue growth.
Experience with data analysis, sales performance tracking, and use of dashboards or analytics tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, paid campaigns, and social media integration for sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, collaborate across teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in FMCG or beverages is an advantage.
Comfort with CRM tools, e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
