Financial Operations Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Assistant to support our financial teams. In this role, you will be responsible for A/P invoice approvals, new vendor registration, and fixed asset management, among other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• A/P Invoice Approvals after verifying various checkpoints.
• New vendor registration document checking approval.
• Preparation of fixed asset register - project capitalization working, tagging of fixed assets in FAR, deduction of assets working for IND AS, calculation of depreciation, updating FA block as per IND AS, checking stock project purchase accounts with items, physical fixed assets verification, CWIP working with movement and preparation of ageing report, new GL creation for CWIP projects.
• Preparation of weekly contribution report, MSME interest working, MSME half-yearly return statement, salary reconciliation.
• Inventory-related tasks.
• Data preparation of cost audit report.

Skills and Qualifications

• Sound accounting knowledge.
• Cost audit knowledge.
• Fixed Assets/CWIP related all activities.
• Inventory.
• Product-wise margin analysis.
• Direct tax and indirect tax knowledge.
• IND AS Financials.
• Tax audit preparation.
• Interaction with statutory internal auditors.
