Assembly Supervisor

Assembly Supervisors work in plants and are responsible for coordinating assembly activities on their shift . Essential job duties are training assemblers, reinforcing organization rules, setting production goals, scheduling shifts, handling employee safety issues, and maintaining production documents. Assembly Supervisor Responsibilities An assembly supervisor is a person responsible for organizing, planning, and coordinating plant assembly activities on a particular work shift.
