About The Role
The Executive Project Support Officer is responsible to the Director, Capital Projects and Technical Services for the provision of a range of high quality, confidential, organisational and information management services. This includes managing the Director's diary and associated activities, and coordinating and delivering specialised support services including administrative, operational, research and project support to meet corporate priorities including planning and managing associated timelines.
The incumbent also provides a professional and responsive contact point for the Capital Projects and Technical Services directorate, provides high level administrative coordination and support services to workgroups, clients and stakeholders and prepares correspondence, briefs and executive committee and governance meeting papers.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO4 $76,561 - $80,256 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation.
