Distributors Onboarding

Building Relationship Distributors

Expertise in Primary Billing

Should have and experience of handling at least 20 distributors

Guide TSMs or SOs for secondary, Camps, etc.

Achievement of Sales Profitability targets

People Development Team Building

Worked hands on with building and managing team at regional

What we are looking for:

Minimum 3 years Sales Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry

SO responsibilities + should be good at communicating with Stockists across the state

Identify new stockists, institutions, chain pharmacies, manage team of SOs (for secondary)

Extensive experience with Generics and good know how about the trade
