We are seeking a seasoned sales recruitment specialist with proven experience in the US IT staffing industry.

This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Hyderabad, India, and requires a strong understanding of US IT staffing processes, job boards, and visa classifications.

Key responsibilities include:
• Recruiting top talent for our clients' US IT bench sales teams
• Developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies to meet client needs
• Building relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the US IT staffing industry

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in US IT bench sales and a deep understanding of US tax terms, including W2, C2C, and 10++.

A successful sales recruitment specialist will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work independently in a target-driven environment, and have strong negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
