Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Area Sales Manager for HDFC Securities in New Delhi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities in a designated geographical area and managing the sales team under them. The candidate will also be accountable for their team's overall performance, as well as creating and implementing sales strategies that align with company objectives. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master's in relevant field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in stockbroking, securities, or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and motivate a sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in analyzing sales metrics and data to make strategic decisions and lead a team to achieve their results
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
